Around this time last year I created my own awesome recipe for chicken tenders crusted in barbecue chips
There are recipes all over the Internet for this, but I found it easiest to just wing it.
-Preheat oven to 375°
-Start with “chicken tenders” cut of course from a Hurd Farm chicken.
-Rinse them and cut off any fat
-Brush them with barbecue sauce, the family favorite is Sweet Baby Ray’s Original
-Crush up any brand of barbecue chips until they look almost like bread crumbs
-Roll both sides of the tenders in the chips
-Place tenders on tinfoil lined cookie sheet
-Bake for 25 minutes or until there is no longer any pink in the middle of the tender
-Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
